Welcome to your Audit Admin Home Page! This guide will help you understand and make the most of your navigation hub.

What is the Home Page?

The Home Page is your central navigation hub for the Audit Admin application. Think of it as the main control center where you can quickly access all the features and tools you need to do your work.

Instead of searching through menus or remembering complex navigation paths, the Home Page presents everything in one clear, organized view with easy-to-click cards.

Getting Started

How to Access the Home Page

When you log into Audit Admin, you’ll automatically arrive at the Home Page (if it’s enabled for your organization).

If you’re already logged in and want to return to the Home Page:

  1. Look for the Home option in your sidebar menu
  2. Click on it to return to the Home Page
  3. From there, you can navigate to any feature you need

Understanding Your Home Page

When you open the Home Page, you’ll see:

1. Welcome Message

At the top, you’ll see a personalized greeting with your name:

  • “Welcome, [Your Name]!”
  • Below that: “Quick access to all your operational tools”

2. Feature Cards

Below the welcome message, you’ll see colorful cards organized into categories. Each card represents a different feature or area of the application.

3. Four Main Categories

All features are organized into 4 sections:

Available Features

Here’s a guide to all the features you might see on your Home Page:

🎯 Dashboards

Executive Dashboard View high-level metrics and executive summary of your business performance.

Operational Dashboard Monitor operational KPIs and track day-to-day performance metrics.

Issue Insights Spot trends and deep-dive into operational issues across your locations.

Report Insights Analyze report patterns and see summary insights from submitted audits.

Admin Dashboard (Administrators only) Access system administration tools and platform-wide analytics.

Sites Manage all your locations, view site details, and update site information.

Auditors View and manage user profiles, assign roles, and track auditor performance.

Questionnaires Create and customize audit templates and questionnaire forms.

Departments Organize your teams, create departments, and manage organizational structure.

Bulk Operations Perform batch operations on multiple sites and audits at once to save time.

SKU Management (If enabled) Manage products, inventory items, and SKU information for inventory audits.

Customer Feedback (Special access) Create and manage customer feedback campaigns and view responses.

Gallery Browse and search through photos and media from all your audits.

Reports Hub Download, export, and access all your audit reports in one place.

Site Reports View audit reports filtered by specific locations.

Repository Manage documents, file storage, and shared resources.


⚙️ Settings

General Settings Configure your organization preferences, branding, and general options.

Access Control Manage user roles, permissions, and who can access what features.

Feature Access Control which features are available to your organization.

Notification Settings Configure alerts, email notifications, and notification preferences.

Role Manager Create and manage custom roles with specific permission sets.


Why Don’t I See Certain Features?

You might notice that some features mentioned above don’t appear on your Home Page. This is normal and happens for a few reasons:

1. Permissions

You only see features you have permission to access. This is set by your administrator based on your role in the organization.

Example: If you’re not an administrator, you won’t see the Admin Dashboard.

2. Feature Settings

Your organization might have disabled certain features. Features can be turned on or off based on your organization’s subscription or needs.

Example: If your organization doesn’t use inventory management, you won’t see the SKU Management card.

3. Organization Type

Some features are only available to certain types of organizations or internal users.

Example: Customer Feedback is only visible to specific organizations.

4. Role Restrictions

Some features are restricted to specific roles like Superadmins or Account Holders.

Example: Only superadmins can see the Admin Dashboard card.

✅ This is a Good Thing

Having a personalized view means:

  • You see only what’s relevant to your work
  • Your screen isn’t cluttered with features you can’t use
  • It’s faster to find what you need
  • It’s clearer what you have access to

All card titles, descriptions, and the welcome message will automatically appear in your selected language.

To change your language: Look for the language selector in your application settings or user profile.
